- Choosing a format? Compare NFC and QR review cards, including what the customer does and which destination needs checking.
- Finding the right destination? Get the business’s Google review link and confirm the location before writing it.
- A card is not reading? Check the phone, chip and destination in a practical troubleshooting sequence.
- Planning several client cards? Compare the reseller batch options and handoff process, then use the checklist to keep each client’s cards separate.
- Comparing order totals? Check minimum batch prices and shipping before choosing on the per-card price alone.
Use the wording with care
Adapt a script to a real customer interaction and invite feedback from customers without selecting only those who are happy. Do not offer an incentive for a review or tell the customer what rating to choose. See the guide to asking customers for Google reviews for a simple staff routine.
A programmed NFC card opens a destination on a compatible phone; it does not create a review. Customers need to sign into a Google Account to post a Google review and choose for themselves whether to do so.
Keep the setup clear
Use the business’s own review link and test the destination before a customer uses the card. If the product has a printed QR code, test that separately: changing an NFC link does not change the printed pattern.
