Returns and refunds
This page summarizes the existing TapStand Supply return policy. The full terms include international cancellation rights and other mandatory protections.
Change of mind
Contact trent@tapstandsupply.com within 14 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number and the items and quantities you wish to return. Cards must be unused, unmodified, unprogrammed and in their original condition and packaging.
We provide return instructions and the correct return address by email. There are no in-person returns or drop-offs. Ship an approved voluntary return within 14 calendar days after receiving instructions, using tracking and protective packaging.
Return shipping and fees
You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. There is no restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded for voluntary returns unless applicable law requires it. When the original shipping was free, we do not deduct an outbound shipping charge.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email support with your order number, a description and photos where practical. Please report visible shipping damage or missing items within 7 days after delivery so we can investigate promptly; this requested reporting period does not limit your rights.
For confirmed damage, defects or fulfillment errors, we arrange a replacement or refund for affected items. If a return is required, we provide a prepaid label or agree to reimburse reasonable return postage before shipment.
Receiving a refund
We inspect voluntary returns and issue eligible refunds within 7 business days of receipt to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Eligible refunds include the price paid for returned items and applicable tax; shipping is refunded where required by law or applicable to a confirmed order error.
Unshipped orders and international rights
If an order has not shipped within one month after payment, contact support to request a refund. Earlier cancellation or refund rights continue to apply. International buyers can use the voluntary return process under the same conditions; read the international cancellation and statutory-rights terms. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over conflicting voluntary conditions.
