NFC review card cost calculator
See what a batch costs before you order. Compare TapStand Supply formats using current product prices and shipping, then add your purchase tax and other expenses. An optional resale price shows the result if every item sells at that price.

How to compare a batch
- Choose the exact product and a valid quantity. The calculator estimates one design or format at a time, using its current minimum.
- Check product cost plus shipping. A cheaper per-item price can still have a higher delivered batch cost.
- Add the tax you expect to pay and all other costs for the batch, including any separate holders, packaging, travel, labor and selling fees.
- If you plan to resell, enter your own sale price. Compare the all-items-sold result with the time and expenses you entered. Unsold stock, refunds and unentered costs can reduce the outcome.

What the numbers mean
Does a lower unit price mean a cheaper order?
Compare the full batch. The original English Google review cards include free shipping; other products use quantity-based shipping tiers. The average cost divides your product total, shipping and entered expenses by the quantity. The break-even figure rounds that cost up to the next cent.
Does the calculator predict what I can earn?
No. An entered resale price is your assumption. The revenue scenario assumes every item in the batch sells at that price, then subtracts the costs you supplied. It does not estimate demand, sales timing, refunds or any expense you did not enter.
Can I calculate a mixed order?
This tool compares one product batch. The store’s cart calculates a mixed order with the shipping tariff for each product. Free-shipping English cards offer 1 for $19.99 or 15–100 at $2.99 each. Quantities 2–14 are unavailable. Other cards and NFC stands start at 20 per design, and clear acrylic base holders start at 30. Each product is limited to 100 per order, including its colors or languages.
Do the cards require a monthly subscription?
A basic NFC card written with a direct business URL does not require a TapStand subscription. Optional coaching or separate management services are distinct products. See how to program and test a card before putting it into use.
