Buying Google review cards in bulk: costs and checklist

Compare card prices, minimum quantities, shipping totals and programming requirements before ordering NFC Google review cards for your business or resale.

Compare the cost of a first batch

The table uses the current TapStand Supply catalog and the minimum quantity for each format. It compares a single product batch with U.S. standard shipping, before tax. The free-shipping English card also has a separate 1-card option for $19.99; quantities 2–14 are unavailable.

Planning a different quantity? Use the free batch-cost calculator to include shipping, tax and your own expenses.

Choose the job before the card design

A Google review tap card is a programmable NFC card that opens a business review destination on a compatible phone. Choose a portable card for a staff demonstration, an adhesive card for a fixed surface, or a freestanding NFC stand for a counter. A separate acrylic base holder is an accessory, not an NFC card.

TapStand Supply sells these formats in batches for businesses and resellers. Review the product page for the actual minimum, included parts and shipping charge. A lower per-card price is not always the lower delivered order cost; compare the total in the table above.

Check the full order cost

Include the products, shipping, tax and any separate holders in your comparison. The original English card includes free shipping. Other product shipping follows quantity tiers, so the charge for a bigger batch may differ from the minimum-batch figure. The cart shows the combined Shipping amount before Stripe checkout.

Free-shipping English cards have a special 1-card option for $19.99, or a bulk minimum of 15 at $2.99 each. Quantities 2–14 are unavailable. Other cards and NFC stands start at 20 per design, while separate acrylic base holders start at 30. Language and color minimums are shown on their product pages. Each product is limited to 100 per order, including its colors or languages. Contact support before planning a larger project rather than assuming a higher-volume discount or a delivery deadline.

Confirm that you can program and maintain the destination

Get the correct review URL from the business owner and check the business name and location in a browser. On a writable NFC chip, use NFC Tools to add a URL / URI record, write it to the chip and then test the normal customer tap. Keep the card unlocked if you expect to rewrite it.

A card storing a direct review URL does not require a TapStand monthly subscription. A separate redirect or management platform can have its own fees and dependencies. If a card includes a printed QR code, check who controls its destination: rewriting the NFC chip does not change the printed pattern.

Test the customer experience before a rollout

For multiple locations or client work, assign each card to the correct business and location, test it on compatible phones, and label your records so cards do not get mixed up. Check placement away from interference and demonstrate where the phone should tap.

Customers still need to sign into a Google Account to post a Google review. Ask for honest feedback without a reward, star-rating instruction or pressure. A card makes the route easier; it does not post a review or guarantee more reviews.

Plan delivery and after-sales support

U.S. delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days, including preparation and carrier transit. For international delivery, allow at least 12 days; some orders take longer. Leave extra time for a fixed client deadline. Check the shipping page and contact support when timing matters. Product availability and delivery estimates are different things.

Read the return conditions before programming a batch. The voluntary U.S. return request window is 14 calendar days after delivery, with unused and unprogrammed items in their original condition and packaging. The buyer handles return postage for a change-of-mind return. Damage, defects and incorrect orders have a separate support process described in the terms.

Prepare a client batch

Compare current reseller batch options and use the free rollout checklist and review-request scripts to keep destinations, tests and handover organized.
