Set up and test before customer use
Program the NFC chip with the business’s destination URL, then test it with a compatible phone. Customers open the phone’s tap notification to visit the destination. A Google Account is needed to leave a Google review; the card does not post a review automatically.

Google review tap card questions
What is a Google NFC review card?
It is a card with an NFC chip that stores a web link. A compatible phone reads the link at close range and shows a notification. Opening it takes the customer to the programmed Google review destination.
Is a Google review tap card the same thing?
“Google review tap card” describes the same tap-to-open use. NFC is the technology; the Google review link is the destination you write to the card. See how NFC Google review cards work.
Does this card include a QR code?
This original blue-and-white English card is an NFC tap design without a printed QR code. For a printed QR option, compare the NFC and QR review card. Test the chip and printed code separately.
Do customers need an app or Google Account?
Customers use their phone’s supported NFC reading feature to open the notification. They need to sign into a Google Account to post a Google review. An app such as NFC Tools is used when programming the card; it does not write the customer’s review.
Where do I get the review link?
The business owner can copy it from Google Business Profile. Follow the Google review link guide, check the business and location, then write that link to the card.
Is there a required monthly fee?
A basic card programmed with a direct review URL does not need a TapStand subscription. Optional management platforms and coaching are separate products. The English cards offer 1 for $19.99 or 15–100 at $2.99 each (15 for $44.85), with free shipping. Quantities 2–14 are unavailable; tax may apply.
Does tapping automatically create a review?
No. The customer chooses whether to open the page and what to write. A card does not guarantee a review, a higher star rating or a search ranking.
Shipping and returns
U.S. delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days, including preparation and carrier transit. For international delivery, allow at least 12 days; some orders take longer. Read the delivery planning information before choosing a deadline.
For a U.S. change-of-mind return, contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, unmodified, unprogrammed and in their original condition and packaging.
